Thank you. After joining our membership, please return once a week or more often if you wish, and repeat this prayer aloud in your own private space. Take a moment to clear your mind of distracting thoughts before you begin. Use as much emotion in your voice as possible. Love, fear, anger, sadness, joy, gratitude… all emotions carry healing power when focused for good with harm to none. I repeat this prayer every Sunday morning, at a minimum. Remember, this prayer is an addition to your own, not a replacement. The Prayer of the RoseDear Mother-Father God, our Lord and Lady,As spirits joined with the Great I Am, we invokeThe guardians of the northern portals, ye Crones of the earth; The guardians of the east, ye Angels of air;The guardians of the south, ye Lords of fire; And the guardians of the west, ye creatures of water; To abide our circle, protect our souls, and empower our prayer. We send our gratitude for all that is beautiful in thought and deed, and trust that universal energy will transform this gratitude into hope for those who have none of their own at this time. With divine emotion and with harm to none,we bequeath health and well being on the bodies, minds, and spiritsof those whose names are held within the strength of our words,in accordance with individual path.We trust in the power of the Recovery of the Rose prayer circleas it assists in restoring peace to our great planet, and unity to our lives. We recognize a greater power from which we all extend, and use this power as a source of great clarity and understandingof all things pertinent to life. We thank the Creatures, the Lords, the Angels, and the Crones, and bid them farewell. We thank our Lord and our Lady, and plea their ever presence in our hearts. It is done, Amen.Adding a namePlease add a name of someone you know that is in need of physical, emotional, or spiritual recovery. You are welcome, of course, to add your own name when in need – and we are all in need. Preventive medicine has always worked best.In consideration of confidentiality, it is not necessary to use a given name. A nick name, or word that describes her/his essence of being, will be just fine. Please ask this person for permission before submitting her/his name. It is of most importance we respect each person’s belief system and desires. Request the person join us in repeating the prayer, if possible.I print the list each time a new name is added, and place it on my altar beneath my Lord and Lady candles. My altar holds sacred space in my home, and in my soul. I open this portion to you in trust and sisterhood.Add a name to the Recovery of the Rose Prayer Circle
